A Family-run Company

Angelo Boninchi

THE ARTIST

Angelo Boninchi (born in 1980) learns the secrets of the sculptural activity working alongside his father in the Poschiavo’s art workshop. All jewelry and items are realized in serpentine, Sassalbo’s marmor, Palü’s granite and in the Poschiavo’s precious jade-nephrite.

THE PASSION THAT FLOWS IN THE VEINS

In the stone-art atelier, creativity makes you fly to open and far-off spaces. The women of the family dedicate themselves to the design of original and exclusive jewels, whereas the artist Angelo Boninchi brings back their exquisitely artisanal features.

  • OUR HISTORY

    OUR HISTORY

The stone, a four-generation long tradition

Back in 1903, the great-grandfather Giacomo Crameri used to work with the local tiles in the Valposchiavo cave. His son Egidio (Felpa) pursued the activity until 1981. His daughter Graziella (Ceia) pursued her artistic career painting the same local tiles. In 1986, Ceia founded the Stone Art atelier, which became a family-run company over the years.
